Ms. Ami Thaker

Before i met Ami Ma’am I was hiding behind coping mechanisms and not addressing my anxieties, vulnerabilities and suppressed childhood trauma. A few sessions with her have empowered me by making me mentally more healthy, and have put me on a path of healing. Her professional acumen has made me more confident in managing stress and living everyday lot more happily with contentment and gratitude.

Dr. Ami Thaker was extremely patient, heard me out completely and gave me clarity about my anxiety. She understood what exactly triggered my anxiety and gave me simple steps I need to follow to help get a grip on things. Her calm and non-judgmental demeanor made me more comfortable. I owe her a lot for the excellent support and guidance she gave me though a rough time in my life. I highly recommend her.

My husband and I have had counselling with other psychologists earlier but the methodology and time given to our peculiar problem by Ami Thaker helped us understand our unresolved issues much better.
